可能因為在法庭上不能問一些leading question, 所以時時不入正題...

Lead Question 是什麼? A leading question suggests to the witness the answer which the party examining desires him to give and/or assumes the existence of a disputed fact to which this witness is to testify but has not yet done so.

但是有時leading question係可以的...e.g. for matters not in dispute in the pleadings and for preliminary matters such as the name and address of the witness.
