星期二要交assignment...現在努力緊..題目是:
“In criminal trials, courts may exclude perfectly reliable evidence merely because it is hearsay. This can cause extreme injustice. The common law of the Hong Kong SAR can and should be changed, to grant the courts the discretionary power to admit such evidence.”

Discuss and comment upon this opinion in the light of Hong Kong’s and overseas’ experience and reform.

已看了Law Reform Commission那二百頁report同做過一些research....emoticon
