從醫院返來．．

自從腳腳好返很多之後都無心機做野．．上星期五進了醫院做了一些testing，現在好了很多．．很耐未進醫院．．住了間三人房．．但晚上睡得唔好．．幸好母親帶了收音機，有得聽光明頂先無甘悶．．雖然沒有機會同同房的朋友詳談，但臨出院時都有依依不舍的感覺．．Oh!有些斷背山的味道．．．

今天Cyber Law 教了一些關於ISP同Internet Cafe的possible liabilities．．同discuss古惑天皇的Case．．我始終認為the judgment has gone too far．．To be criminally liable under S118, the prosecution must prove that 古惑天皇 has distributed copy which affects prejudicially the owner of the copyright．．The judge 認為 the act amounts to prejudicially as it is not necessarily restricted economic prejudice．．這樣interpret法．．真是任佢講．．
