PCLL的第七個星期之四:Legal Writing Mid-term

平時考試三個鐘已經很辛苦，不過legal writing考四個鐘就真的很累了。全個mid-term考兩條：第一條是要寫一封letter of advice俾client，第二條係要寫Defence and Counterclaim。

其實都沒有得prepare，之前看了些書教寫Defence and Counterclaim有很大的幫助。什麼時候admit, not admit同deny...加上一些variance，e.g. "Save that it is admitted that....paragraph 2 is denied."; "Further or alternatively, if, which is denied, the Plaintiffs have suffered loss by reason of matters complained of, they failed to take reasonable steps to mitigate such loss by.."...etc...

Letter of Advice就比我如期花多些時間，不過都大約一早知道寫什麼，所以基本上都沒有問題。

終於考完mid-term了，又要加油prepare下星期的tutorials同advocacy的workshop...今次是去apply summary judgment..........
